Why build this into ServiceM8
The reason trade businesses do not ask for reviews is not that they do not understand the value. It is friction. The job finishes, the van is loaded, the next call is already waiting, and the ask never happens.
Anything that lives in a separate tool inherits that problem — it becomes one more thing to log into. So this belongs where the job already lives.
